Since 2011, Startex has adopted a management system that complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.


The implementation of a management system based on ISO 9001: 2008 has led Startex to develop internal operating procedures to ensure a careful choice of suppliers in order to only authorise procurement from suppliers who guarantee a high quality level and standard of both products, through accurate and restrictive tests that ensure compliance, and services provided through continuous customer support starting from the choice of the most suitable product to their needs through to aftersales services including rapid management and resolution of any complaints.
